How do I use my Good Vibes?
Once you reach 100 good vibes, you will have the option of redeeming them for a $5 coupon which can be applied to a future NATIVO purchase. 200 good vibes can be exchanged for a $10 coupon, and 300 good vibes for a $15 coupon.
How do I redeem my Good Vibes?
Click the ✨ Good Vibes button on the lower left hand corner of any NATIVO page to be taken to your Good Vibes homepage (you must log in if you haven't). Then, click on "See rewards you can earn" to go to the Rewards page. There, you can choose to redeem your good vibes for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $15) valid towards your future NATIVO purchase. (5)

Can I use my Good Vibes during check out?
First redeem your good vibes on your Good Vibes homepage. When checking out, you will be presented with the option to apply your Good Vibes coupon code to your purchase.
What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?
Any good vibes associated with that order will be deducted from your Good Vibes account balance.
Why did my Good Vibes balance decrease?
