Panama Orders

SHIPPING TIMES: Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days for local orders. Many items are made to order, and we thank you for your patience! 

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped to our local delivery partner. They will process all orders and deliver accordingly. Please allow a couple of days for your order to arrive.

When placing your order, please be mindful that our deadline for local deliveries is 5 - 7 business days. We are not able to rush deliveries due to travel arrangements and/or other occasions with specific due dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) but we always do our best to accommodate your order for timely delivery. If you have a shorter deadline, please contact us before placing your order to see how we can best help or to point you towards the nearest retail partner. Thank you for your understanding!

LOCAL DELIVERIES 

Our local delivery partner will contact you via Whatsapp once your order is out for delivery, please keep that in mind and reply promptly to avoid any delays.

 

Outside local delivery sectors + Provinces: You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped to our delivery partner. They will process all orders heading outside of Panama City and deliver accordingly. Please allow a couple of days for your order to arrive to your doorstep.

If selected, we will arrange delivery to the nearest Fletes Chavales or Uno Express location available. There is no need to pay an extra charge when picking up your order from these companies as we have already charged you the shipping fees for their services. We will email you the tracking code after shipping your order. It is your responsibility to pick up the order at their establishments in a timely manner. We are not to be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping with these companies. 

 

 

International Orders

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will be ready to ship within 5 - 7 business days. You will be notified once the package is shipped and provided with a tracking code based on your shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the country where it is being shipped and the shipping method. Thank you in advance for your patience.

 

SHIPPING METHODS: We use Panama Mail to ship all international orders. You can choose between these 2 shipping methods:

  • Envío Certificado: cheaper, longer delivery times (20 - 30 days depending of country of delivery), includes barcode for internal package tracking.  
  • EMS - Express Mail Service: a bit more costly, shorter delivery times (1 to 3 weeks depending of country of delivery), includes tracking number for your usage. This will be the only option available if your order weights more than 1 kg (2 lb). 

 

For international orders, please be mindful of your own country’s customs regulations, as we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, delays, loss or damage resulting from your package’s processing through that system.

These are estimates based on the delivery times of past orders. Once your order is shipped we are not able to rush the delivery as it is now in the hands of the mail service and the country of delivery's customs and postal service. Please follow along with the tracking code we send with each order. We appreciate your patience!

* Colombia and Argentina: Only EMS shipping method available to assure the package is delivered and prevent from getting lost after shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you be 100% happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at hola@nativoskincare.com and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.

With all of this mind, please be aware that the products you are buying are handcrafted and 100% natural / organic so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. Thank you always for your support!
